About TelePresence Channel Training

Ascolta offers courses to help you meet all your TelePresence training needs. As part of the training requirements in the ATP Program, Ascolta has developed and delivered TelePresence Installation and Configuration Training (TPICT) to numerous Channel Partners around the world.

TelePresence Installation and Configuration Training (TPICT) - Channel Partners Only -

TelePresence Installation and Configuration Training (TPICT) is a five-day, instructor-led course that teaches the Cisco TelePresence architecture, components, functionalities, and features. This course also describes how to perform a room and network assessment, how to assemble and configure the TelePresence system, and how to tune the TelePresence cameras. In addition, this course explains the architecture of the network, the endpoint system, and the Cisco TelePresence Manager. The Cisco TelePresence solution offers an advanced system, combined with a robust group of partners, so an enterprise can scale globally and benefit from an exceptional meeting experience. Select Cisco partners must quickly and effectively deliver the high-quality Cisco TelePresence experience and operational services, from installation to ongoing management. This skill set requires the proper training for a smooth and successful customer deployment.
