Candidates enrolled in the Content Networking courses will acquire the knowledge necessary to plan, design, implement, and operate a Cisco Content Network (CN) solution.  Key topics include usage and features of Internet Protocols associated with CN transmission, content edge delivery, content distribution and management, the functional components and applications associated with content switching, content routing, and caching.  These skills support the deployment of scaleable, Web-based, content-rich e-business solutions and skilled technical services.  This program is designed to meet the needs of candidates working in both service provider and enterprise environments.

Valid CCDA, CCNP, or CCIP certification.

Required Exam & Recommended Training

Specialization Recertification

Cisco Content Networking Specialist designations are valid for two years.  To recertify, either pass the current version of the exam, or pass a CCIE written exam.
