Irene Kinoshita founded Ascolta in 1987 to integrate clients' PCs with their enterprise-wide mainframe/mini computer systems. In early 1996, Ms. Kinoshita turned her entrepreneurial spirit to the technical training arena and formed Ascolta Training Company. Ms. Kinoshita has been in the information technology industry for over 20 years. She is responsible for the organization's growth as well as diversification of the product offerings. She continues to provide the overall company vision and guidance, as she has since its inception.

Ms. Kinoshita has served on several industry advisory boards, including Netscape Communications, Inacom Informational Systems and Banyan Systems. She is also a founding member of the Cisco Worldwide Training Partner Advisory Council. Ms. Kinoshita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Ted Wagner is the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Ascolta Training Company. Mr. Wagner joined Ascolta in 1989 as Controller and was promoted to CFO and Vice President of Finance Operations. Mr. Wagner was instrumental in the company's formation, structure, and funding. Prior to joining Ascolta, Mr. Wagner worked for a variety of firms including Hewlett-Packard where he held several financial management and systems positions. Mr. Wagner graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and holds a Masters of Business Administration, graduating with highest honors, from the University of California, Irvine.

Kevin Marz has served as Vice President of Sales for Ascolta since 1998 and has over 16 years of sales experience and large account management skills. Prior to joining Ascolta, Mr. Marz served in various sales and sales management positions with Hamilton/Avnet Electronics and Inacom Information Systems. Most recently, Mr. Marz was the District Manager of Inacoms' Los Angeles operation where he successfully provided the leadership and managed a staff of 120, including 80 systems engineers and technicians. He is currently responsible for implementing the company's new market development strategy and for guiding the sales force. Mr. Marz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
