Technical Support Associate is a challenging but rewarding position that
includes a variety of responsibilities. This position offers the candidate a

Principal Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities of the Technical
Support Associate will be to assist the Network Manager in both technical and
logistic aspects of the MIS department. The responsibilities include preparing,
configuring, testing, and verifying Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and
security appliances in Ascolta’s state of the art Remote Labs.Our Remote Labs contains very high-end Cisco equipments used only in
Enterprise/Service Provider data center. On the logistical aspect of the
position, you will assist in the process of planning and coordinating deliveries
of equipments, classroom setup, and asset management. In addition, you will be
assign special projects from time to time to research and implement new
technologies that will improve MIS operations.

Scope and Responsibilities
Conduct Cisco authorized Voice courses for public and private customers. Instructor must have significant expertise with one or more of Cisco Voice products such as IP Telephony, CallManager, and Unity.
Critical Success Factors
Ability to maintain customer satisfaction ratings of 4.5 on a 5.0 scale
Ability to work with other instructors and operations to quickly remedy any equipment issues
Ability to quickly learn new technology and related course materials
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Voice products
Experience with presenting technically complex topics to a variety of audiences
