I felt compelled to write you as your class was truly inspiring! I have attended 12 + Cisco classes in my career via multiple Cisco training partners in my carrier. I cannot remember a class where I was offered so much information that was clear and concise and applicable to my current position. I am thankful for your real world analogies which helped me understand the points you were making. I have to admit at times I had the 'deer' in the headlights look on my face but I kept slapping myself to wake up as I did not want to miss any of your teaching.

IT professionals would be much better off if they had the opportunity to sit through one or more of your classes. I plan to look for another opportunity to attend a class you teach!
