Cisco Learning Credits Program through Ascolta enables customers to simultaneously purchase necessary training and Cisco hardware, software, or services. By purchasing training in bulk and up front, customers can simplify their administrative processes, saving time and money.
The Cisco Learning Credit Program allows customers to:
- Identify training needs when they purchase new Cisco equipment rather than obtaining training as an afterthought.
- Work with Ascolta to develop a tailored training program before they purchase Learning Credits.
- Use the Training Mapping Tool to find available training for Cisco products, technology, and solution areas, and determine how many credits to purchase.
- Streamline the administrative process by reducing expense reimbursements and by creating a single budget and purchase order.
- Use the Cisco Learning Credit Management Tool to view credit balances, review account transactions, generate reports, and monitor courses taken by individuals and departments.
Credits are sold in packs of 100, 500, and 1500. Each credit is worth $100 of training.

Cisco Learning Credit Management Tool
Credits are managed in an online database (similar to those used for online banking) that tracks transactions, validates redemptions, and sends monthly statements. This Credit Tool, available 24 hours per day, allows customers to view their credit balance, review account transactions, monitor the courses taken by individuals and departments and generate reports.
Training Needs Assessment
Training Needs Assessment, helps customers identify their network training needs and develop a training plan. After identifying the customer's training needs, Ascolta will recommend training developed by Cisco. Customers can attend courses at any of our locations across the country or request on-site and/or private classes. With e-learning purchases, the training can take place any time, anywhere.
Cisco Training Mapping Tool
Ask your Ascolta Account Manager about The Cisco Training Mapping Tool which correlates available Ascolta training with Cisco products and technology/solution areas. The tool includes an estimator, to assist in determining how many credits to purchase, and links to complete course descriptions and course registration information.
